PAK-IT-RITE is a division of Cumberland Industries Limited, a social enterprise providing employment and training to 500 people with a disability.
 
PAK-IT-RITE operates quality contract packaging and sewing solutions to a wide range of clients from marketing companies through to large blue-chip organisations.
 
PAK-IT-RITE prides itself on providing quality and cost-effective packing services to its clients. It is also recognised by its flexibility and consistent on time delivery. 
 
PAK-IT-RITE operates out of 2 facilities located at Castle Hill and Auburn, NSW. The 2 facilities span approximately 8,000 sqm including warehouse/storage space; the large workshop areas allowing for numerous jobs to be run at any one time.
 
Cumberland Industries Ltd is a social enterprise that provides employment, training and vocational support opportunities for people with a disability. The company is headquartered at Auburn NSW and we have six locations throughout Western and North Western Sydney. The company has been operating for nearly 50 years and has a support staff of over 100 people.
 
We employ over 500 people with a mild disability who are employed and trained across a range of different manufacturing and packaging operations.  Our people provide a quality service in accordance with our customer specifications, are hard working and very dedicated.  The company is a registered charity and receives funding from the Federal Department of Family, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
